Cheeseburger Las Vegas

February 28th, 2012 by Erik Chudy

is this a cafeteria?Based on a very adamant recommendation by a colleague in the industry, I caved and made my way over to Cheeseburger Las Vegas while at Planet Hollywood for work. This guy has been reading my reviews and agrees with a lot of what I have to say, so I was curious about how this would turn out. Sadly, not so great. continue reading »

Broadway Burger Bar and Grill

February 28th, 2012 by Erik Chudy

big bun!Keeping with the theme of eating at burger joints I’ve never heard of for a reason, I recently stumbled upon Broadway Burger Bar and Grill while at the New York New York Hotel & Casino for work. I’m always excited when I come across a place that’s stayed under my radar, especially in one of the casinos right on the strip. Sadly, this one has never been mentioned to me for a reason. continue reading »

Cruzers Burgers (CLOSED)

February 19th, 2012 by Erik Chudy

good looking mealI was recently contacted by the folks behind Cruzers to come give their signature burger a try. I appreciate the request, not only does it mean that more people are perhaps starting to read this blog, but maybe that some restaurant owners and chefs actually value my opinion. I’ve read a few things about the place since it opened, plus the pictures of the interior looked like my kind of spot so I really had some high hopes that I would be walking into my next go-to restaurant. All of these things surely added up to a great burger right? Not so much. continue reading »

Le Burger Brasserie

February 5th, 2012 by Erik Chudy

One of them that we didn’t get to, and one that took me over a year to get back to, is Le Burger Brasserie at the Paris. It’s a location that seems to fly well under the radar of burger enthusiasts in town as I never hear about it, and the few times I’ve brought it up in conversation no one seems to know what I’m talking about. And even though it’s a strip location and not the hidden local gem I’m searching for, this place is still an unknown that I’m glad to have discovered. continue reading »
